DME&JDE Manual Hose Skive-10 With Easy Moving Design

The DME&JDE HOSE SKIVE-10 Hose Skiving Machine adopts the current advanced rubber stripping technology and is easy to operate.
Insert the hose into the mandrel to start peeling, and gradually push the hose in, while the knife bar rotates, and the knife bar is driven by the motor to rotate and peel, and the turning tool is firmly installed on the knife bar, so that the hose just moves toward Pushing in, the outer layer of rubber is turned off by the turning tool. After turning is completed, the rubber tube can be pulled out.

How To Operate The Skiving Machine:

Choose a suitable mandrel according to hose inner diameter, insert the mandrel into the slot and fasten the screw. Before adjusting or tightening the screw, don’t rotate the rocker to prevent personal injury, then tighten the top screw that fixed the cutter bar, and then check it again.
Try to cut the rubber hose. If the skiving is not clean, adjust the handle of the turning tool to the center, so that skive the hose deeper.
Skiving inner diameter range(mm): 6-8-10-13-16-19-25-32-38-51. According to hose inner diameter, select the suitable mandrel.
