  1. Operating field must have the complete clean and dry air and the cleaning machine should also be clean. The handle part of the series products is inner part. The joint connector should be accompanied with the tube specifications. After choosing the right type shooter, the right polymer material should be put into the shooter and then tighten the disk and lock the bayonet. No people at the outer place.
  2. Try the empty gun to make sure if there is a leak. Check if the diameter of cleaning tube can be tightened the shooter. Only if there remains one inlet and outlet, the operation can be continued. The polymer materials should be recycled with appropriate ways to make sure if the cleaning degree is all right or meet the requirement of cleaning. Then choose whether use the material again to meet the cleaning standard.
Notes: When start cleaning the “T” type tube, the one side end should be the inlet air part and one of the top ends should be technically managed, and then make the other end as outlet. When meeting the various pipe lines, the polymer materials should be used 10% smaller than the tube wall, in case that the bigger one stuck in the tube. However the cleaning tube material should be 10% larger than the tube. When the inappropriate operation leads to the choke, the operator shall not be so worried. Just blow the gun out of the direction of the compressed air to wait for the material injection.
