Theory meets practice, youth meets craftsmanship. To bridge university-enterprise cooperation, Hengshui University organized students to visit Hengshui JIDIER Special Hose Co., Ltd. (a DME&JDE Group division) — a practical journey of "Exploring the Factory, Integrating Knowledge & Practice". Honor witnesses aspirations, communication sparks ideas, observation inspires wisdom. This journey empowers students and enriches collaborative talent cultivation.
Recently, students from the School of Economics and Management, Hengshui University, visited Hengshui JDE Factory, launching a practical journey of "Feeling the Industrial Pulse". At the start of the event, teachers from the school awarded an honorary medal to Mr. Zhu, Chairman of JDE Factory. This medal not only recognizes JDE's deep roots in the industry and commitment to craftsmanship but also marks the in-depth bond between the university and the enterprise in talent cultivation and practical cooperation.
At the ceremony, student representatives from Hengshui University also presented carefully prepared blessings to DME&JDE Group. The messages were filled with sincere wishes for the company’s development, adding more warmth to this university-enterprise interaction.
Filled with curiosity about industrial production, the students entered JDE Factory's workshops under the guidance of staff. From the raw material processing to the finished product molding of special hoses, and from the efficient operation of automated production lines to the meticulous polishing by craftsmen, every link made the students stop to observe and take careful notes.
Getting up close to feel the industrial pulse and witnessing the rigor and precision of "Made in China" firsthand, the students not only gained a more intuitive understanding of professional knowledge but also deeply comprehended the practical significance of "integrating knowledge and practice" and felt JDE Factory's spirit of striving for excellence.
To address the students' practical puzzles, Ms. Anna, Supervisor of the Operation Center at DME&JDE Group, accompanied them throughout the visit and provided enthusiastic and detailed explanations to answer their questions. Covering topics from the group’s development history and cutting-edge industry trends to career planning and professional skill requirements, Supervisor Anna shared valuable insights based on her own experience, delivering a content-rich session that benefited the students greatly.
During the interactive exchange, the students actively raised questions and spoke up. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, they broadened their horizons and gained a clearer direction for their future career development.
At the end of the event, all teachers, students and leaders of DME&JDE Group took a group photo in front of the factory's image wall as a souvenir. Under the camera, the youthful smiling faces and the enterprise’s industrial scenes complemented each other beautifully, freezing the precious moment of this university-enterprise collaboration.
